The local training is part of the project for the <strong>co-creation of a European Sociodrama Network &#8211; P.E.R.F.O.R.M.E.R.S<\/strong>.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>In the first training were participated twenty-five youth workers of ARSIS-Association for the Social Support of Youth- from different working fields (camp, shelters, Youth Support Center, safe space) in North Greece.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The coordinator and scientifically responsible of the trainings is Sofia Symeonidou, Psychodrama Trainer \u2013 Psychodrama Therapist, and also, external partner of ARSIS. Additionally, Alexandros Sideridis, Eleni Leventi &amp; Foteini Papacharalampous, were participated as scientifically co-responsible for the procedure and the content of the first local training.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The group will meet on a monthly basis in order to empower and to identify the difficulties and the needs that youth workers face in their everyday work environment.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><em><strong>Sociodrama*<\/strong><\/em><\/div>\n<div><em><br \/>\nSociodrama is a group experiential method, applied for the emergence and reformation of possible conflicts between social groups. Through this group process, the participants have a deep view into the social systems and the influence to their lives-as individuals and part of different social groups- and the relationship between their personal and social roles.
