I am a psychologist, graduate of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, with a major in psychosocial interventions. Since 2015 I have been working in humanitarian organizations, designing and implementing mental health and social support activities for children, youth and communities living in conditions of precariousness and crisis.
At the heart of my work is community empowerment – creating places where people can meet, process personal/collective experiences and connect. At the same time, Psychodrama offers me the framework and tools to effectively support group processes, making groups places of transformation and empowerment.
