2-day training seminar, intended to explore anxiety from a psychodrama perspective. Are you anxious about leading a group? Do you want to help an anxious protagonist? The goal of this seminar is to share knowledge and skills to recognize and manage anxiety in ourselves and in our psychodrama group. We will discuss and experiment suitable psychodrama techniques for various forms of anxiety. The relationship between spontaneity and anxiety will be analyzed. The seminar is mostly experiential, interlaced with methodological considerations.
