Georgios Chaniotis

Georgios T. Chaniotis is a Clinical Psychologist, specialized in Psychodrama-Sociodrama and Group Analysis (Small and Large Groups). He holds a DESS in Clinical Psychology and Pathology from the University of Paris VII (1986) and a u from the University of Paris II (1989).

He has been working as a Psychologist-Group Analyst-Psychodramatist since 1993.

He has been a Psychologist at the Social Service of the Municipality of Agios Dimitrios since 1996. He organized the Prevention Centre “Helios” of the Municipalities of Ag.Dimitriou-N.Smyrni-OKANA.

From May 2019 to May 2024 he was Chairman in Training Committee of FEPTO (Federation of European Psychodrama Training Organizations), and Vice President.

Since 2005 he has been Director of the Psychodrama-Sociodrama Zones in HAGAP-EOAK.

He was a Full Member of the Group Analytic Society in London, 1998-2010 and a Member of the I.A.G.P., 2003-2009.

He was also a Founding Member of the Society for the “Study of Hellenic Judaisme” (1991), and is a Founding Member of the Literary Workshop “Albert Cohen” in Paris and the “Fondation Memory A.Cohen” in Corfu.
